Wisconsin Sellers Permit is available using the link below. You must have a Wisconsin sellers permit to be a vendor at the festival.

  • Insurance

    • Insurance is required from all exhibitors.  

    • The Warrens Cranberry Festival Office will automatically receive your insurance if you use the link below from Veracity Insurance Company or you can have your insurance company send a copy to cranfest@cranfest.com or fax to 608-378-4250.

Arts & Crafts

Features more than 800 booths, with vendors attending from across the country

  • January 17 - Online Application now available

  • Jan. 13- June 1 - Deadline for all returning exhibitors to reserve their same booth space. We will still take applications until filled. 

  • Sept. 1 - Booth Assignments & Info sent to Exhibitors

  • Exhibitors must​ stay all 3 days

  • Special requests are given according to the date the application was received and availability.

  • Exhibitors must provide their own display materials (screens, chairs, tent, tables, etc.)

  • Parking is within walking distance of the show.

  • Exhibitors should be prepared for inclement weather with rain covers, tie-downs & weights.

  • BOOTH FEES:

January 17 - June 1

10' x10' - $325.00; 10' x 20' - $650.00

June 2 - September 20

 10' x 10' - $350.00; 10' x 20' - $700.00

September 21 - 27

 10' x 10' - $375.00; 10' x 20' - $750.00

ARTIST REGULATIONS:

  • All work in every category must be original work produced by the exhibiting artist.

  • Work which has been produced with commercial kits, molds, patterns, plans, prefabricated forms or other commercial methods is not permitted.  You will go into the buy/sell area.

  • Artists must be present and open all three days.

  • The jury committee reserves the right to refuse exhibition of work that is not consistent with the rules.  Failure to comply will result in immediate removal from the Festival with no refund.

APPLICATION REQUIREMENTS:

  • Photo Images - three (3) pictures (a booth shot is required)​

  • Copy of your Wisconsin sales tax permit is required with all applications.  Visit the Wisconsin Department of Revenue site for more information, or click on provided links.

  • Current copy of your liability insurance

    • listing Warrens Cranberry Festival as additional insured - covering your rented booth space must be in the Festival office prior to setup.

    • It can be emailed, faxed or mailed.  Insurance must be received by August 31, 2024.

  • Completed Department of Revenue form.

Flea Market

Features more than 300 booths, with vendors attending from across the country

  • July 1 - Deadline for all returning exhibitors to reserve their same booth space. We will still take applications until filled.  

  • BOOTH FEES:

    • Jan. 17 - July 1 - Application Deadline - $15.00 a frontage foot

    • July 2 - Sept 27 - $20.00 a frontage foot

  • Sept. 1 - Booth Assignments & Info sent to Exhibitors

  • Exhibitors must​ stay all 3 days

  • All spaces have a minimum depth of 18' (allowing 8' for vehicle & 10' for canopy)

  • Vehicles are parked bumper to bumper & back to back, allow room for your bumper & trailer hitch when ordering space.

  • Exhibitors will be unable to get their vehicles out each night.

  • Trailers including the hitch & awning must fit your space.  NO exceptions!

  • Exhibitors must provide their own display materials (screens, chairs, tent, tables, etc.)

  • Exhibitors should be prepared for inclement weather with rain covers, tie-downs & weights.

Farm Markets 

Our 100 Vendors feature Fall produce, cranberry taffy, pickled mushrooms, painted pumpkins, maple syrup, potatoes, apples, squash, cranberries & so much more!

  • May 15 - Online Application available

  • May 15 - Aug. 1 - Deadline - returning vendors to reserve their space.  We are still taking applications until filled.

  • Sept. 1 - Booth Assignments & Info sent to Exhibitors

  • Booth measurements are by frontage length only, unless Exhibitors sell from more than one side.

  • Remember to include trailer hitches & bumpers when ordering space.  

  • Exhibitors MUST stay in their rented booth space.

  • Unless requested & approved, Exhibitors will be unable to get their vehicle out each night.  Vehicles are parked bumper to bumper, so plan accordingly.

  • Exhibitors may have only one selling space in one location.

  • BOOTH FEES:

    • May 15 - Aug. 1 - $12.00 per foot, frontage space or all selling sides depending on location. 

    • Aug. 2 - Sep. 27 - $15.00 per foot, frontage space or all selling sides depending on location.

  • Exhibitors must​ stay all 3 days

  • Exhibitors must provide their own display materials (screens, chairs, tent, tables, etc.)

  • Exhibitors should be prepared for inclement weather with rain covers, tie-downs & weights.

Commercial Food 

If you are interested in becoming a Food Vendor at the Warrens Cranberry Festival, please send us a packet of information, including the following: 

  • Picture of your booth/trailer

  • The size of your booth/trailer

  • Menu

  • Electric & Water needs

  • Size of your refrigerator truck (if applicable)

  • Please note if you sell out of the back, side or both

  • As space becomes available & depending on your Menu, a Contract will be mailed to you.

Vendor Parking

The "Red Balloon" Parking Field (see Festival Map) is the only place designated for Vendors to Park.  This is free parking to Vendors.

  • Many of the Village residents offer paid parking in their yards or driveways that would be closer to your booth area.

  • The Warrens Cranberry Festival has limited paid trailer parking available for Vendors near the Arts & Crafts area.

  • Limited Free parking behind school playground. 

  • It is your responsibility to make arrangements for parking of your vehicle and/or trailer.

  • UNLOADING

    • when unloading merchandise from​ your trailer during set-up, we ask that you unload quickly & move your vehicle.  Set up is a busy time for everyone.

    • Please do not block any streets and/or walkways.  We  need to work together so that everyone can get their booths set up.

    • Please be mindful of set-up times listed on your contract.  Times vary for different areas.
