  • Your cancelled check is your receipt.

  • Merchandise must stay in your assigned area.

  • The Festival is not responsible for rain, theft or a natural disaster.

  • Bring plenty of business cards so your customers can reach you after the event.

  • To be placed on our vendor mailing list, please e-mail us your name and mailing address. Please specify which category, Arts & Crafts, Flea Market or Farm Market, you are applying for.

Our Arts & Crafts Show features more than 850 booths, with vendors attending from across the country.



  • SHOW DATES:  September 27-29, 2019

  • APPLICATION DEADLINE: The deadline is June 1, 2019 for returning vendors to reserve their space.  We are still taking applications until filled.

 

  • 2019 CALENDAR:

    • January 30, 2019 - Online Application Available

    • June 1, 2019 - Application due by 12:00 a.m. (CST)

    • September 1, 2019 - Booth Assignments & Info to Exhibitors 

 

  • REFUND POLICY:  

    • 50% Show Fee refund issued to ACCEPTED 

    • VENDORS who cancel and notify the Festival 31 days before the first day of the event (received in writing). No refunds after that date.  

    • Emergencies will be addressed with documentation.

    • $25.00 application process fee is kept for all refunds.

 

  • SHOW HOURS:  

    • Friday - 7:00 a.m. - 5:00 p.m. or announced

    • Saturday - 7:00 a.m. - 5:00 p.m. or announced

    • Sunday - 7:00 a.m. - 5:00 p.m. or announced

    • Vendors must​ stay all three days.



  • BOOTH SPACES:

    • ​All spaces are 10' x 10'

    • Special requests are given according to the date the application was received.  

    • Artists must provide their own display materials (screens, chairs, tent, tables, etc.)



  • BOOTH FEES:

    • ​10' x 10' Space - $325.00

    • 10' x 20' Space - $650.00



  • Parking is within walking distance of show.



  • Exhibitors should be prepared for inclement weather with rain covers, tie-downs and weights

  • ARTIST REGULATIONS:

    • All work in every category must be original work produced by the exhibiting artist.

    • Work which has been produced with commercial kits, molds, patterns, plans, prefabricated forms or other commercial methods is not permitted.  You must go into the buy/sell area.

    • Artists must be present and open all three days.

    • The jury committee reserves the right to refuse exhibition of work that is not consistent with the rules.  Failure to comply will result in immediate removal from the Festival with no refund.

  • APPLICATION REQUIREMENTS:

    • Photo Images - three (3) pictures (a booth shot is required)​

    • Copy of your Wisconsin sales tax permit is required with all applications.  Visit the Wisconsin Department of Revenue site for more information.

    • Current copy of your liability insurance

      • listing Warrens Cranberry Festival as additional insured - covering your rented booth space must be in the Festival office prior to setup.

      • It can be emailed, faxed or mailed.  Insurance must be received by August 31, 2019.
