Deadline for applications has been extended. All applications will be accepted until the show is full.
Booth prices are $7.50 per frontage foot up to 30 feet, or $8.00 per frontage foot for anything exceeding 30 feet. A $25 sanitation fee is also required.
Cranfest reserves the right to accept or reject any application due to space available or merchandise sold.
All booth spaces are 18 feet deep. You pay for the amount of frontage.
A current copy of your liability insurance covering your rented booth space must be in the Cranfest office prior to setup.This may be mailed or faxed to Cranfest. Click here for more insurance information.
Things to Remember When Coming to Cranfest
Booths open at 7 a.m. all 3 days.
Vendors must remain all 3 days.
Your booth number will be mailed one week before the festival. Your cancelled check is your receipt.
Setup is Wednesday/Thursday before the festival from 10 a.m. til dark.
Vehicles may be parked in your booth behind your canopy. You must stay in your booth, so make sure you account for any trailer doors or extra room you may need when calculating your frontage needs.
You may only have one selling area in one location. No hawking is allowed.
Bring a hand cart to unload your merchandise.
Merchandise must remain in your assigned area.
All booths are responsible for their own insurance; the festival carries insurance to cover all common walkways.
The festival is not responsible for rain, theft or a natural disaster. The festival goes on rain or shine!
