Our arts & crafts show features more than 850 booths, with vendors attending from across the country.

Application Information

• 2010 applications are now available here.
  
• A copy of your Wisconsin Sales Tax Permit is required with all applications. Visit the Wisconsin Dept. of Revenue site for more information.
  
• Deadline for applications has been extended.  All applications will continue to be accepted until the show is full.
  
• Cranfest reserves the right to accept or reject any application due to available space and merchandise sold.
• All arts & craft spaces are 10x10-feet. You may apply for more than one booth to add space as needed, but can have no more than 2 spaces in one location.
• Booth fee is $300 per 10x10-foot space plus a $25 sanitation fee.
  
• All items must be handmade to qualify for an arts & craft space. Buy & sell vendors may apply using the arts & craft application, but they must note they are applying for buy & sell on the application.
• A current copy of your liability insurance covering your rented booth space must be in the Cranfest office prior to setup. This may be mailed or faxed to Cranfest. For more insurance information, click here.
  

Things to Remember When Coming to Cranfest

• Booths open at 7 a.m. all 3 days.
• Vendors must remain all 3 days.
• Your booth number will be mailed one week before the festival. Your cancelled check is your receipt.
• Setup is Thursday before the festival from 10 a.m. til dark.
  
• Bring a hand cart to unload your merchandise.
• Merchandise must remain in your assigned area.
• All booths are responsibile for their own insurance; the festival carries insurance to cover all common walkways.
• The festival is not responsible for rain, theft or a natural disaster. The festival goes on rain or shine!
• Close parking is limited (see Parking).
• Bring plenty of business cards so your customers can reach you after the event.
